Video: What Was Behind This Confirmed Break?

This three-minute walkthrough shows how Structure Participation Matrix turns a confirmed
structure break into a frozen, inspectable record. It follows the break from its strict swing
level and confirmed close through four disclosed readings and one later endpoint check. The
record describes chart context; it is not a trade call, forecast, or probability.

  • 0:00 — The same cross, two different legs
  • 0:21 — A break must be confirmed
  • 0:43 — Four readings freeze at the close

  • 1:42 — One endpoint, exactly N bars later

From a confirmed break to a frozen record

A swing level becomes eligible only after its full confirmation window has closed. The break
event then requires a confirmed close beyond that level plus the selected ATR buffer; a wick by
itself does not create a record.

At the break close, the overlay freezes four 0–100 readings: path efficiency, close location,
relative volume, and volume balance. Their published 30/25/25/20 weights produce one composite
score. The video steps forward in Bar Replay to show that the stored component values do not
change on later closed bars.

How to read the record

PATH describes how direct or hesitant the completed leg was. CLOSE summarizes directional close
location near the end of that leg. REL VOL compares chart-reported volume with a rolling baseline,
while BALANCE weights that chart volume by close location.

Those last two readings are deliberately limited. They are not bid/ask delta, footprint or order
flow data, and they do not identify who participated. If the required history or volume cannot
support the calculation, the break remains visible as UNSCORED and is excluded from the score
buckets.

One endpoint observation, not a trade outcome

Exactly the configured number of confirmed bars after a scored break, the script checks one close.
HELD @N means that endpoint close remained beyond the broken level; FAILED @N means it did not.
Neither label says what happened throughout the interval, whether a target or stop was reached, or
whether a trade was profitable. After the check, the observation is fixed.

The panel summarizes records in the chart history currently loaded. Changing the symbol,
timeframe, inputs, or available history can change the sample, so the displayed buckets are not
future odds or a win rate.
